Tour guidelines

• Our guide will wait up to 15 minutes at the meeting point at the Eltville train station, but the tour will start no later than that out of consideration for the other guests

• It is important that you give us your current mobile number and e-mail address when you book your tour

Cancellation

• Up to 28 days before the tour, with full refund
• 27-14 days before the tour, there is a cancellation fee of 50 % of the value of the transaction
• For 13 days or less, the full sum is due
• A confirmed order can only be canceled in written form
• Riesling Shuttle reserves the right to cancel trips with fewer than three participants, in such an event, all participants already booked will be informed at least one day in advance and offered an alternate tour date.
